Anneke van Zanen-Nieberg: "The importance to our customers of personal involvement is reflected by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) research, which we use to measure customer satisfaction. Clients rate relationships and personal involvement as two of the most important aspects of the service we deliver. Compared with those for financial services (8%) and business-to-business organisations (10%), our NPS of 20.2% is high. Additionally, the advantage of NPS research lies in the feedback we get from our customers about how we can improve the quality of our services even more. It is an ongoing process, because we cannot allow ourselves to fall short when it comes to quality."
