Dutch Labour Standards Foundation certification mark
Baker Tilly has been awarded the Dutch Labour Standards Foundation’s certification mark. Each year, we are audited to ensure that we still comply with the requirements of this certification mark. It is the gold standard for reliability in terms of labour and remuneration in the interim staffing sector. This certification mark is proof that organisations meet the requirements of the NEN 4400-1 standard when hiring and loaning staff. We have managed to renew our certification every year without interruption since 2014.

First and foremost, the Labour Standards Foundation certification mark is the benchmark for reliability in terms of labour and remuneration. In addition to this, our NEN-4400-1 certification means that our clients face fewer risks.
Moreover, since 1 July 2012, this certification provides indemnification against hirer’s liability. This means that it is possible for clients hiring employees from a company with this certification mark to be indemnified against liability imposed by the tax authorities for unpaid payroll taxes and turnover tax on the part of the supplier of personnel.
