Employment law
Employment law is dynamic. With the introduction of the Work and Security Act (Wwz), different obligations apply to employers. You therefore want the agreements with your employees to be properly written down. Whether it concerns a new employment contract, contract extension or termination. In those cases where it causes problems between you and an employee, it is important that you are well aware of your own rights and obligations. And those of your employee.
Managing dismissal procedures and reorganisations
You want the dismissal of an employee to be dealt with quickly and properly. You also want to ensure as much peace and quiet as possible during a reorganisation. We guide you through the dismissal procedure from start to finish, from preparing the dismissal request to drafting the settlement agreement.
Applicability Cao (Collective agreement)
If a collective agreement has been concluded within your sector, it will have an impact on your employer policy. We are happy to look with you at what these collective agreements mean for your organisation.
Scan absence and/or personnel files
Sick or work-disabled employee? Is an employee not functioning properly? If you are considering official steps, you must be able to prove that you have fulfilled your obligations as an employer. We assess whether the file contains at least the necessary information and documents. Of course, we also provide you with advice if that 'proof' is missing.
Drawing up agreements/regulations
We advise you on the formation, renewal or amendment of employment contracts, on conditions of employment or internal regulations. Also consider the harmonisation of employment conditions in the event of mergers.
Flexible labour
If you work with temporary or detached employees or freelancers, you have to comply with different laws and regulations than when it comes to your own employees. We will be happy to identify any consequences and risks of working with flexible employees and advise you on solutions.
International labour
It is good to know which (legal) regulations you must comply with as an employer if you work with foreign employees or detach your own employees abroad. For example, we will check for you which employment conditions must at least be complied with.
