This plan includes a combination of new legislative proposals and the legal formalisation of schemes which have already been announced. Against the backdrop of the corona pandemic, the Cabinet is committed to supporting businesses. At the same time, however, there is increasing scrutiny on the taxation of multinational enterprises.
